S&OP Manager

Our S&OP team plays a critical role in ensuring that our supply chain meets customer demand efficiently and sustainably. You’ll join a collaborative, cross-functional environment where service, sales, operations, sourcing, and planning specialists work together to solve complex challenges and deliver impactful results.

About the job

In this position, you’re responsible for facilitating the full end-to-end S&OP process on a monthly cycle. Leading meetings, engaging stakeholders and ensuring decisions are made and executed are central to the role. You drive demand and supply reviews, prepare scenario analyses and business cases, and track key metrics to monitor process effectiveness. You coordinate information flow between global and local teams, conduct root cause analyses, and continuously improve the planning process. Your work ensures that our supply chain remains responsive, balanced, and aligned with business goals.

The location for this position is Sandviken, and we offer a hybrid work solution.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone with several years of experience in supply chain, operations or a related field. You’re proficient in forecasting methodologies, inventory optimization and scenario planning. By understanding business drivers and market dynamics, you’re confident in analyzing data, preparing business cases, driving process improvements and presenting insights to senior stakeholders. Your knowledge is backed by a university degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field. Acting in a global environment calls for fluency in English.

You’re a natural facilitator and relationship builder. You communicate clearly, listen actively, and challenge assumptions with diplomacy. Thriving in cross-functional environments, you align diverse teams toward shared goals. Your attention to detail ensures accuracy in planning, and your collaborative mindset helps foster trust and drive results across the organization.
