Field Service Supervisor – Kenwick, WA

The role
Reporting to the Field Service Manager, the key focus of the Field Service Supervisor role is to manage people and processes to achieve a competitive, profitable field service result for Sandvik, ensuring the best customer service in the industry.
This position is responsible for managing the activities of all technicians involved in field service, liaising with various internal and external stakeholders, and overseeing warranty claim processing.
This role is a full-time permanent role which operates on 8 days on and 6 days off roster, working back-to-back with another Field Service Supervisor. This role is a local position based at our Workshop in Kenwick.
Areas of responsibility
Undertake all planning requirements to ensure effective utilization of labor and resources.
Provide supervision and direction to team members.
Coordinate field service technicians on a day-to-day basis.
Process and respond to warranty claims.
Develop and train field service personnel.
Communicate clearly and work with all business lines to provide consistent service and support to our customers in the region.
Conduct customer liaison and site visits.
Your profile
Previous supervisory experience in a mechanical workshop environment.
Trade qualifications in a mechanical discipline (minimum of 5 years post-trade experience).
Certificate IV or Diploma in Business (Front Line Management) is advantageous.
Strong EHS management culture with a drive and determination to achieve company targets and goals.
Positive and proactive outlook with excellent communication skills to ensure customer expectations are met.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, reference checks, police checks and regular onsite drug & alcohol testing.
